SCO recently released "evidence" of the offending code, and there is an excellent site that explains the origin of this code and that the license that the code was released under was indeed a public one... Going well, but would much rather be in the garden drinking some beer. It should be an interesting book once finished, and we have tried to keep away from the mundane usual crap that you find in Linux books and focus on technical issues that actually matter.
